Nicholas BEHRINGER Obituary

age 21, passed from this world on July 2, 2016, from injuries sustained in a single car accident in Riverview. Nick was born December 30, 1994, in Pensacola. He graduated from Newsome High School in 2013, then attended the University of Tampa, and was currently a student at St. Petersburg College, where he was following his heart and studying music production and development. Nick was also a member of the Fish Hawk Outback for several years. He is survived by his loving parents, Michael and Pamela Behringer; sister, Alyssa Behringer; paternal grandmother, Valerie Durkin-Cagle and Mike Cagel; paternal grandfather, Allen Behringer and Petra Schwarz; and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends, and his furry kids, Schiebe, CC, and Sally. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Jimmie Hamilton-Wiles; maternal grandfather, Robert McKamey; uncle, Stephen Traynom; and uncle, Bob Traynom. Nick was a friend to all and had a wonderful wit and sense of humor. He leaves a legacy of acceptance and love, and made an unforgettable mark on all those who were lucky enough to have known him. He was singlehandedly responsible for changing many people's outlook on life and his family wants to remind people to follow their dreams, as Nick did. Nick's advice to us all was to stay positive, even as you face tragedy. Family was the center of his life and always was his first priority. Music ruled Nick's world, and all that knew him, knew of his love of Lady Gaga and all things musical. Nick was joyful when it was time for laughter and was heartfelt when it was time for kindness, but you could often find him being both. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 8, at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview. The visitation will be 1:30-4:00 pm, followed by an immediate interment with all invited. A celebration of life will be held at the Palmetto Club, 17004 Dorman Rd., Lithia FL 33547, at 5:00-5:30 pm. I didn't know Nick, but knew Pam (and thought very highly of her) many years ago. I've heard so much about Nick this past week that I am aware of what a spectacular young man he was! I am so sorry for this family's loss!

Nick was an amazing person in every way. He was kind, loving, thoughtful, smart, considerate and passionate. He was an inspiration to everyone around him and touched so many lives by just being himself. He was a light the world greatly needed. The world is a darker place without him in it. Nick was brilliant, never dull. There was no need to go out when you were with him, he was the event. Wit and passion dripped from every thing he did in a way that I've never seen before. It's very hard to imagine never seeing him again.

Nick was such a force of nature in our lives. He was a shining ray of light for all of us. He made a significant impact on my daughter's lives and mine with his quick wit and endearing heart.
