Dear Reedi and Roderick, I have so many wonderful memories of our two families growing up. When I was a child, your parents were among a small handful of adults that I was allowed to call by first name. Your mother and mine were soul mates and best friends for decades. Fast forward to later years, and my mother saw your dad as a trusted source of advice. We miss them all.

We want to you to realize how truly sorry we are about your father's passing. We had the great honor to know both your parents - they were not only our neighbors, but our friends. It was wonderful having them in our lives. We will always remember them fondly.

May God rest his soul. Rod was one of the most caring, warm, smart and not to mention, one of the funniest men I've ever had the honor of knowing. He will be greatly missed, as the beautiful Flo has been these past few years. They are together again at last.

I knew Rod and Flo for more than twenty years. They were both graceful, gracious, intelligent, inquisitive, giving and loving people. I'm glad that they are together now, because that was the most important thing to both of them--their love for each other. If every marriage was like theirs, the world would be a lovely place to live in.
