ANDREW PETER SCHMEER Andrew Peter Schmeer, 26, son of Tyler Schmeer and Randall and Donna Haynes, of Vero Beach Florida, passed away suddenly on September 8, 2014, as a result of a car accident on SR 60 just west of County Road 512.
