Jared Less

Jared Matthew Less, 31, died Nov. 5, 2011, in North Carolina. He was born in Ramsey, N.J., and lived in Palm City for 20 years, coming from New Jersey. He was a decorated Marine Corps veteran serving 3 tours of duty, first in Bahrain, then in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was a 1999 graduate of Martin County High School. Survivors include his children, Hayden, Haylie and Hannah Less, all of Palm City; his mother, Robin Less of Palm City; maternal grandmother, Carole Silver of Palm City; brother, Adam Less of Des Moines, Iowa; and sisters, Amy Less of Jupiter and Jodie Less of Orlando. He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Less. Memorial contributions may be made to South East Florida Honor Flight, P.O. Box 1503 Stuart, FL 34995 Services: A graveside service was conducted on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth with full military honors provided by the Marine Corps.
