Hi Uncle Joe. I just wanted to wish you a very Happy Birthday (belated ). I´m know it was 10/18, but the last few were a little crazy.
You are always in my heart and thoughts. I am forever thankful to have had you as my Uncle. Your kindness, love, huge smile, and best hugs in the world are a few of the many , many things that are dearly missed. Please give Aunt Angie , Grandma Rose, my loving parents, brother Albert, my loving grandparents and the rest of our family huge hugs for me . That will keep you busy for a bit. Bimini is getting so big... her photos remind me of "Sugar Babe" when she was born. I know you are watching over her and Hali ...they are living their best lives in Alaska .
Lastly, Happy Belated Anniversary. I still remember you carrying me around at your wedding lol which was 10/12. I´m sure everyone was celebrating the love that both you and Aunt Angie have for one another . It is right there with my parents love for one another I miss all of you VERY much and love all of you so much more. My dog Scrappy left us 9/29/23. He only met my mom. I got him after my dad left so I´m hoping he found her and that he is with our family now. Please give him some belly rubs for me . He was so sweet and missed so much .
So memory memories and blessings from all of you in heaven.

Hi Uncle Joe,
I know you are enjoying the beauty and peace. You are with the love of your life, Aunt Angie and Grandma Rose ... she made us all feel so special when we visited you in Canarsie Just like my wonderful and loving grandparents . Please give my mommy and daddy an Uncle Joe hug for me. I miss them everyday I hope you have my Scrappy with you . He is a very special boy... I can see his tail wagging. My mom met him but he came to me after loosing my dad and gave me so much comfort. My dad was a man of few words but showed his love with just a smile ...Scrappy loves a good cuddle and wagging his tail He would literally take his face and wipe the tears off of my face whiled I laid in bed sobbing . Thank you for watching over him until I see him again. All dogs and animals loved you... but not more than your family and this niece
You are always in my thoughts and heart

Happy Birthday Uncle Joe!
You are missed so much and always in my heart and thoughts. I always asked you to give Aunt Angie a hug and kiss for me and you would laugh and say "I´ll do that right away". So, again I´ll ask you... please give Aunt Angie and hug and kiss for me and then wrap your arms around all of our loved ones and let them know I was BLESSED with such a loving and good family.. When you get to my "mommy" and "daddy", please give them one of your Uncle Joe hugs and tell them I LOVE and MISS them every minute. , I know I´ve asked you to do a lot, but my dog Scrappy went into the rainbow 9/29/23. You loved animals the way you loved everyone that took a breathe. Please give him a place on your lap and you will see how sweet and loving he is. Tell him mommy, daddy and Bandit miss him so much it physically hurt... and introduce him to everyone.
He is now part of my family in heaven . Thank you for always being such a great, loving, kind uncle and human
Much love , Laura

Uncle Joe was a very special guy. Lovable, funny, intelligent. I'll always remember him dearly.

Joseph, Angela and their children lived next door to Wesley and Olga Wagner, my aunt and uncle. Their home on East 91 Street in Canarsie Brooklyn seemed to be a part of my aunt and uncle's home as the two families frequently barbequed together and the children of both families always played together In fact, Angela Lotufo taught me to swim in the ocean on one of our joint ventures to Riis Park. Joseph and his wife were very special people. They had the intellect and good looks of the upper crust while always reflecting deep moral values and a love of nature. I wish their children peace and comfort in the knowledge that they were blessed with such special parents With deep sympathy, Wanda Wakal
