Henry Fisher Obituary

Henry Fisher, 93, of Kelso died Dec. 17, 2006.

He was born Aug. 31, 1913, in Akron, Ohio, to Frank and Margaret (Berg) Fisher. He lived in Marion, Ohio, for 30 years and Kelso for the past 11 years.

Mr. Fisher served in the Army as a combat engineer and company cook. He was a drill press operator at Tecumsch Refrigeration Manufacturing.

He married Ellen Cole in 1994. She preceded him in death in 1998.

Survivors include two stepsons, Marvin Cole and Gary Cole; and five nieces and nephews, Steve Fisher, Frank Fisher, Melody Johnson, Carolyn Caines and Susan Sloat.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Grace Bible Fellowship. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. today at Dahl-McVicker Funeral Home and from noon to 1 p.m. today at the church. Burial will take place at Longview Memorial Park. A reception will follow the burial at the Steele Chapel Social Room.
