John Little Obituary

John "Jack" Little

Crozet, VA - John "Jack" Little, 77, died peacefully in Crozet, VA, on January 13, 2019. He was born on December 5, 1941, in Worcester, MA, and moved to Wilmington, VT, in 1976, where he opened Dot's Restaurant with his wife Debbi. A career change to real estate brought them to Syracuse, NY, in 1981, and warmer weather brought them to Crozet, VA, in 1991.

Jack performed in local theater, coached youth soccer and served as a lector for his church. He was a passionate debater, an avid golfer and a wonderful cook, and at seventy, he earned a black belt in American Chito-Ryu Karate. He was an amazing father and husband and will be deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lenny and Elsie (Pearson) Little. He is survived by his wife Debbi Meslar-Little of Crozet, VA; daughter Johnna Little of Holden, MA; daughter Tia and son-in-law Jason Rounds of Hebron, CT; son Nicholas Little of Crozet, VA; his sister Mary Hyla and brother-in-law Phil Hunt of Holden, MA; and three grandchildren.

Just passing thru VT and wondered if Jack & Debbie we're still working Dot's. But after a Google search discovered Jack's passing. Met Jack 1969 in Worcester. He was a great friend and debater. Jack will live in our memories. RIP my friend.
