Kathleen Laverty Obituary
Kate worked for Verizon for 29 years. She was a member of St. Stephen's Church, the Telephone Pioneers of America, the Fraternal order of Eagles and enjoyed playing pitch, bowling, going to the casino and the beach.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, Nov. 14, from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Visiting Hours are Monday, Nov. 13, from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the UMASS Memorial Foundation, Levine Cancer Center, PO Box 2795, Worcester, 01613 or the charity of your choice. I'm so sorry to hear about Kathy. I was away last week and could not make the funeral. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Kathy always had a smile on her face. I will miss her! Take care and God Bless!!!

I am deeply sorry for the passing of a wonderful sprit. Kathy was a wonderful person that I have known from Grafton Hill and the phone company she was always positive and always brought a smile to my face. I will deeply miss her.
