Moiz Mutlu Obituary
He leaves his wife of 40 years, Dora (Ludvigson) Mutlu; three sons, David Mutlu of Paxton, Samuel Mutlu of Worcester and Daniel Mutlu and his wife Nina of Rye, NY; three daughters, Lisa wife of Noah Rosmarin of Randolph, Esther Mutlu of Worcester and Sima Mutlu of Brighton; his father, Sami Mutlu of Worcester; a brother, Izak Mutlu of San Ramon, CA and two grandsons.
He was born in Istanbul, Turkey and was a son of the late Elise (Bahar) Mutlu and had lived in Worcester from 1960 to 1996 moving to Raanana, Israel from 1996 to 2000 and then returning to Worcester. He received a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Clark University.
He was a computer programmer for Worcester County National Bank, Shawmut Bank and later Mechanics Bank before retiring.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM, TODAY, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2ND in Perlman Funeral Home, 1026 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester Hebrew Cemetery in Auburn.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham 01701.

On behalf of the Massachusetts Chess Association and the U.S. Chess Federation, I send both organizations' condolences to the Mutlu family. Moiz was an avid chess player and had been a member of the U.S. Chess Federation up until late 1993. He competed in the 1960s in the Worcester chess league. He will be missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
