Ryan Toth Obituary
Shrewsbury - One of Ryan Toth's most favorite places where he was able to truly enjoy the quiet of life was on Bassett Island in Pocasset Harbor. A boat ride on his much loved treasure 'Last Call' with his dog Rawson to watch a sunrise or sunset...have a cup of coffee, read a newspaper, camp or fish brought him immeasurable comfort and peace. We now trust and pray that Ryan knows the true comfort and sweetness of peace. Ryan died unexpectedly at home on Saturday, October 22, 2016. He was 42.
Ryan Christian Toth was born April 3, 1974 in Worcester a son of Robert C. and Carol A. (Albro) Toth. Raised and educated in Shrewsbury he was a graduate of Shrewsbury High School with the class of 1992. He then attended University of Massachusetts – Amherst and graduated from Nichols College in Dudley. He worked for many years at Continental Resources in Boston. Ryan moved to Cape Cod over 10 years ago and worked for Simply Green Landscape and most recently for American Builders in Barnstable.
He loved Cape Cod and the many times spent on his boat 'Last Call'. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed playing golf and the unconditional companionship of his dog, Rawson.
Ryan is predeceased by his grandparents, David and Mary (Tashkaplian) Albro and Nicholas and Elsie (Peterson) Toth and his uncles, Nicholas and Richard Toth.
He leaves his parents, Bob & Carol Toth of Shrewsbury and North Falmouth; his brother Scott A. Toth and his wife, Wendy; his much loved niece and nephew Madeline and Andrew Toth all of Bolton; his aunt and godmother, Susan Albro of West Boylston and his uncle, David Albro and his wife, Laura of Holliston.
Family and friends will honor and remember Ryan's life by gathering for calling hours at Heald & Chiampa Funeral Directors ~ The Sumner House, 5 Church Road, On the Common, Shrewsbury Center on Thursday, October 27th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A private graveside service will be held in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Fairfield, Connecticut.
In lieu of flowers memorials in his name may be made Sterling Animal Shelter, 17 Laurelwood Rd, Sterling, MA 01564

Mr. and Mrs. Toth and family, I am so saddened this evening to have found out that my good childhood friend Ryan is no longer with us on earth. I always envisioned a time when I would see him again someday and we would remember the many great memories that we had during the prime of our youth.
