I was just now looking at John Capstick's FB page and saw the photo of him and Sara. I didn't know that she had passed away. She was such a very sweet and wonderful person. I knew her at South, and spoke to her a small handful of times, and found her to be very kind and warm.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Heaven has definitely gained an angel.
My condolences to both the Ross and Capstick families. God bless you all.

My heartfelt sympathy to the Ross and Capstick families,
Sara was a lovely woman. I always enjoyed talking with her and she was instrumental when I changed careers and became a teacher. She urged me to do so, promising me that I would be happy. She told me that being an educator was a wonderful opportunity for a mother who also wanted to spend time with family, especially one's children. I think of what she said and I know that she was thinking of her own children and husband. She was lovely.
With my most sincere sympathy,
Christine (Vranos) Lorincz

Our family was blessed to meet up with the Rosses through Strike Zone, and we shared a strong bond and some good times. Sara was a strong, courageous powerhouse. If you wanted something done, you could count on Sara to do it, and she didn't tolerate any crap. I loved being around her; she was authentic, and didn't put on airs. She was an incredible person, a great friend, an amazing mom, and she loved to have fun. In the few years I knew Sara, she was fighting cancer but you never knew it; she never complained. This lady was one of a kind.
Toby, Kylie, Brad and Paul, you are in our prayers today and every day. You have our unwavering support as you adjust to this monumental loss. You are family.

Your legacy as a loving Mom, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend will live on through your beautiful family and incredible network of friends. Our hearts are breaking now with sorrow and loss but it's now time for you to rest in your heavenly reward. No more pain. No more sorrow. Only joy wrapped in God's loving arms. We will always love you Sara and know we will meet again.

Toby and kids,
I truly can't find the right words to express how much I have always felt about Sara.
I watched Sara shine in so many ways, her early days as a teacher, coach, marrying the love of her life, starting her amazing family and then trying so hard to bring one more extra special boy into her family,Paul.
This is such a loss for mankind, but she must be dancing on the beaches of Heaven!!
May You Rest In Peace MY FRIEND...you have made the world a better place.
JOB WELL DONE YOU GET AN A+!!
