Stephen Simonelli Obituary
He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth and Alberto Simonelli of Worcester; one sister, Linda Carr and her husband Scott of Sutton; three brothers, Michael Simonelli of Worcester, Jeffrey Simonelli of Holden and David Simonelli and partner Elaine Manzi of Worcester; one niece and two nephews.
He was born in Worcester and attended Gates Lane School and graduated from St. Peter's Central Catholic High School in 1975. Steve was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church and Alhambra Council #88 Knights of Columbus. Steve enjoyed family gatherings and he always had a smile and a joke for everyone. His sense of humor was enjoyed by all. He enjoyed football and loved to watch the Patriots games. He will be missed by family and friends.
Steve's funeral will be on Saturday, October 23 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Friday, October 22 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the funeral home.

dear simonelli family, i'm sorry for your loss... steve reminded me of a gentle soul. i always looked forward to seeing him at gatherings. he cracked me up how sweet it was that he would give matthew and alex some type of soap or shower gel or shampoo. he will be missed... i'm sure the gates of heaven opened right up for him. with sympathy, lorri shipp
