William S. Bullard

Belleair Bluffs, FL - William S. Bullard, 83, of Belleair Bluffs, FL formerly of Uxbridge MA, died on Sunday, February 12. He leaves his friend and partner, Doreen Halliwell of Belleair Bluffs, FL.

He was born in Sutton, son of the late Frank H. and Juanita (Brown) Bullard. He was a graduate of Sutton High School and attended college in Indiana. Billy was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his sons Frank and his wife Lillian, William Jr; two daughters, Pamela, and Susan and her husband Fred Novicki; a sister Marcia Nothelfer; and four granddaughters. He was predeceased by his brother Vance.

Bill was a restaurateur in Uxbridge and Sutton, before moving to Newport RI where he was an avid sailor. He spent the final years of his life relaxing in the Florida sun.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice Care Center, 6770 102nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.

Sorry for your loss of cousin William. I first heard of his passing from cousin Robert Sabean of Costa Rica. We are 2nd cousins? William's mother, Juanita, was my mother's first cousin. We had family picnics at her house next to the golf course in Sutton in the 60's and early 70's. May the Lord comfort you at this difficult time.
