Naturally I´m very late but perhaps Kay you will see this. Daniel, Shawn, and I used to play football in Shawn´s yard. I remember how nice you were and the black Monte Carlo that you drove us in.
I still have the surprise Journey Evolution LP that he thoughtfully bought me for Christmas in1980, perhaps 1981.
2009. I was in Guam and when he passed. Blessings to you.

Ms. Dalessandro,
I am very sorry for your loss. I will always have fond memories of hanging out at the Pancake Pantry with Daniel serving up an awesome grilled cheese with extra Charles chips. I am thankful for the time he spent with me teaching me how to play the trumpet. And he was ever so thoughtful to give me a HUGE candy cane for Christmas. My thoughts are with you and your family.

You all are in my heart and prayers at this time! I knew Daniel & Deli from "the Pool" days, those boys had the best fun loving smiles & grins of anyone I've ever known. God bless you all!

Mrs. Dalessandro,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I can only imagine the pain you must be feeling. I pray that God will give you the strength to get through this sad and difficult time. I remember Daniel from the pool growing up and high school. He will be missed by many.

Kay, I am so sorry for your loss. Daniel was like an older brother to me (as you know). I am not sure I would be the person I am today, without his influence. I remember how we used to stay up all night playing ping pong and Atari. I remember the talent show at West End. He got me the job at the Pancake Pantry. The summers at the swim club. We once played a 100 yard tackle football game (one on one) at Hillwood. Just so many great memories of my brother. I really wish we would have done a better job of getting together over the last few years. We have talked and e-mailed, but I have not seen him since we had dinner about 6 years ago in Birmingham.
Daniel was one of the smartest and most loyal people I have known and I will miss him very much. Also, as the father of 4, I cannot imagine what it must be like for you to deal with another loss. My prayers are with you.
I am going to try to get to Nashville Friday to pay my final respects to my good friend. At this point, it looks like I will be able to make it.

Kay..Both Shawn and I are just deeply saddened at this news. He meant so much to both of us, and we had recently both been back in touch with him. He sent me a very sweet message which meant a lot to me, and I'll always have the warmist memories of him. We'll be keeping you and Daniel's wife and daughter in out thoughts and prayers. Daniel was a good and smart man. He is responsible for me getting into the business that became my career. He and I were always proud of each others accomplishments. I am so glad that we kept in touch all these years and that I visited him at his home in AL recently. I will miss him as much as I have missed his brother. I vow to keep in touch with you now Kay.

What a tragic loss for the three of you. Although I have not seen Daniel in many years I always wondered how he was and where he was. When I got my Facebook account he was one of the very first person I looked for.
I will see you all on Friday. Prayers for all!
RIP Daniel.
