Sorry we won't be there for the memorial. Howard was a one of a kind force. He helped us assimilate into Nashville & Micah. He was a joy to be around & always fun to listen to.
We think of him (& Hope) often.

Mrs. Stringer; Hope, I was in your home several years ago serving a dinner and you and Mr. Stringer ;Howard made me feel as though I was one of the guess. I have never forgotten nor had I ever experienced a situation like that before. The two of you were so kind. Thanks to the both of you for making such a wonderful memory for me in such a tough industry (catering). I believe I remember you two were proud of.... I believe it was a dining room table that was part of the Beetle Legacy! Please know your in my thoughts and prayers.

Howard's was one of the first people I met when we moved to Nashville. He introduced us to Micah & embraced us as friend for years to come.
We will miss his dynamism, positive get it done attitude, & sublime style & taste.
Our heartfelt prayers and love are with Hope.

A bright light has gone out in Nashville and will be missed by so many. The twinkle in his eyes and the bright smile on his face was always a welcoming sight. Thank you Hope for sharing Howard with us.
May God hold you and your family close during this time of loss.
