Nashville - Age 82, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018. She was born November 27, 1935 to the late James and Frenzie(Birdsong) Martin. Vera is survived bly Brenda Maddox, Drenetta Mahlaule, Francis Maddox, Robert Maddox, Debra Maddox, Lillian(Ronnie) Whitehead and Richard Marthel, 19 grandchildren, 21, great-grandchildren & 9 great-great-grandchildren. Viewing of Ms. Maddox will be Friday, January 26, 2018, 12-6 at funeral home. Visitation will be Saturday 12-1 with funeral to follow at Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Breonus Mitchell, Officating. Terrell Broady Funeral Home, 615-244-4755
