JACK MARVIN

Jack passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, February 8, 2014. He was born January 5, 1925, in Texas, the youngest of ten children. With his wife and three children he moved to Coalinga in 1957. He retired from West Hills Community College as a maintenance technician. Jack is survived by Jo Marvin, his wife of 64 years; daughters, Denise Marvin-Lewis and husband Skip, and Deborah Sanderson and husband Bob of Fresno; son, David Marvin of Bakersfield; and two grandchildren, Jared and Jenae Sanderson of Fresno. The family wishes to thank Mrs. Scott's Retirement Home for the care and compassion given by the caregivers. We appreciate it more than they know. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 11, 2014, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Yost and Webb. A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Belmont Memorial Park In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hinds Hospice, 1616 W.
