Wilfred L. Peters, Sr., 86, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bill's life on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 from 4-7 PM or Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 11AM - Noon at Phillips Funeral Home, 17 W Pulteney Street, Corning, NY. A short memorial service will be held there at noon.
