To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. There is a time to mourn and a time to rejoice. Although it may seem like a hard thing to ask or do, there has to be a resolve within us to celebrate the lives of those that have gone on to be with the Lord - especially those that are gone on the be with the Lord. There must be a yet praise within us, where we know that during this time and though we may not understand the why's or the how's, God still gets the glory out of our lives and even the more out of the lives that serve him and worship him in spirit and in truth. So smile and rejoice for our cousin has truly entered the joy of the Lord. God Bless you all during this time.

To: The Family Of Cheryl Joshua
After the friendship of God, the affection of a true friend is one of the greatest treasures we can possesses here on earth. This truth was ever so real between Cheryl Joshua, me and I’m sure many others. Her friendship was priceless. I am thankful that our paths crossed in this life and confident that Cheryl’s path and mine will cross once again in eternal life with Jesus. I regret that I couldn’t attend the funeral services but pray for God’s divine consolation and His peace (which passes all understanding) for the Joshua family. The class of ’74 is missing one more jewel, gone but never forgotten. Please do not hesitate to call on any of us. Love, Everrett.

Even though you are gone and tears flo from my eyes, I know that your going to be with the Lord, I could have seen it from your smile. When you left this wicked earth the heavens rejoice another one has made it and God said I made the right choice. People will miss you but they'll see you later, because you finally made it you made through the gates. We will join later we don't have time to waste but while we still here we'll make sure no one takes your place.
