Geneva S. Davis

Geneva "Jenny" S. Davis passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 in Baton Rouge at the age of 97. She was a resident of Denham Springs and was retired from Copolymer Chemical after 24 years of service. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Southside Baptist Church, Denham Springs from 9:00 AM until religious services at 11:00 AM conducted by John R. Sullivan. Burial will follow at Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by her sister, Odrie Singleton and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Darcy and Lessie Minton Sullivan; husband of 51 years, Ray Davis; siblings, Laura Buford, Darcy A. Sullivan, Jerrye Hebert, Mary Lou Witty, John C. Sullivan and Eva Naomi Sanchez. Pallbearers will be Donnie McClendon, Dave Morgan, J.R. Dubler, Mike Morgan, Mason Morgan, Lawayne Dupre, Harold Landry and Collin McClendon. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church, Denham Springs. Jenny was a charter member of the Denham Springs Pilot Club and enjoyed working with various charity organizations, enjoyed sewing, gardening and taking care of her dog (Sassy). Her loving, kind and patient nature will be missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Southside Baptist Church in Denham Springs.
