It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Barry Lee Alderson, on August 16, 2024. A proud veteran of the Navy, lifelong resident of Dundalk, Maryland and retired President of Oak Lawn Cemetery after 49 years of service. Beloved husband of Wilma J. Alderson, devoted father of Jody (Jeff) Dodge and Jason Scott (Danielle) Alderson Sr., grandfather of Taylor N. Vaughan, Mason L. Vaughan, Mackenzie S. Alderson and Jason S. Alderson Jr. and much-loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of a large loving extended family.
Friends and family are invited to Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. for a viewing on Sunday August 18, 2024, from 12p-4p and Funeral Services on Monday August 19, 2024, at 11 am with entombment at Oak Lawn Cemetery immediately after.
