Dennis O'Brien Obituary
Dennis was a hard-worker, who spent over 20 years of his life working in the Pennsylvania Coal Mines and loved telling his coal-mining stories. Dennis was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed NASCAR & boxing, tooling and working on his muscle car and spending time at his "camp".
Dennis is survived by daughters Denise (Jeff) Ackley, Trudy (Steve) Graham, Katelyn Messer; eight grandchildren; Tayt Ackley, Kacen Ackley, Stephanie Lindenmuth, Kayla Keller, Andrew Corle, Aniyah Messer-Barlow, Douglas Peters III, Hailey Smith; three siblings, Connie Battaglia, Stella (Gary) Klebacha; Albert (Bonnie) O'Brien; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in passing by a daughter; Nicole Snyder; three brothers Daniel O'Brien; John O'Brien; and William O'Brien; and his beloved dog, Peppy.
Dennis' daughter Denise chose to honor her father's wishes with no funeral services. Her hope is that in death Dennis finally finds the peace she wished he would have had in his life. In memory of her father, she asks those reading this let go of the past for the people you love before it is too late. Forgiveness is the final form of love.

Our family was so big and busy that we often didnt find enough time to spend together. How quickly that chance is gone and we feel the void. Peace to you Dennis. Your cousin, Patricia

Bill and I miss Denny so much. We miss the phone calls, helping with his electronic tasks, and waving at him in the dining room and on the porch as we come and go. He is now up there tinkering in Heaven's garage with his neighbor friend. Peace be with you all.
