Finding a "new normal"

After the death of a child, you are soon struck with the
reality that nothing will be the same again. As you
try to put the pieces of your life together, you may often wonder how is life ever going to get back to normal? The fact is that life will never be back to the "old" normal, but you will make way for a "new" normal.

You learn how to live with a broken heart. You take one day at a time. Let the tears flow when some small event reminds you of that precious loved one. Smile through those tears and remember all the good things.

Slowly, you begin living with a broken heart and move through the days hanging on to the good times, hold them close to your heart.

Condolences to the family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I will not say goodbye for you are still with us. I may not be able to physically see your little smile that sometimes you didn´t want to show but it shone in your eyes or get a hug. I know you will be beside us and watching over your family. We love you we always will. Not gone still with us in a different way.
