Frank Romo Obituary

Frank M. Romo, 88, of Reynoldsville, Pa., died on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at Christ the King Manor in DuBois, Pa.
Born Saturday, Feb. 4, 1928, in Oakland, Calif., he was the son of the late Joseph Romo and the late Lillian (Abrahamson) Romo. He was the husband of June I. (Abbey) Romo.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II.
He was a graduate of California State University. He was a former California Children Youth Authority case worker for 23 years.
He was a member of Rathmel Baptist Church.
Surviving are sons, William Romo of San Jose, Calif., and Gary Collier Romo of San Jose, Calif.; daughters, Rita Bryan of DuBois, Pa., Minnie Harbot of DuBois, Pa., Cheryl Huber (George) of Ringgold, Pa., Kathy Shaffer of Brookville, Pa. and Tamili Smith of Butler, Pa.; 21 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Rathmel Baptist Church, Rt. 322, Rathmel, PA 15851 with the Pastor Kenneth M. Eddy officiating.
Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Oakland, Calif.
