Keith Biggie Obituary

Keith Russell Biggie, 55, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away peacefully during the late-night hours of Wednesday, September 25, 2024, while a patient of Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital in DuBois.

Keith was born on February 12, 1969, to Judith Patricia (Toven) Biggie and the late John David Biggie Sr., in DuBois. He graduated from the DuBois Area School District with the Class of 1987.

Keith was one of the hardest workers you'd ever meet. He never complained about going to work and thoroughly loved working and staying busy. He worked at Triangle Springs in DuBois and Bubba's Pizza in Stump Creek. He eventually purchased the pizza shop and loved working within the community where he touched many lives. Keith was very fond of reading, and you could find him purchasing a few books each week to add to his collection. He was a member of a local book club in DuBois, where he made many close friends.

Keith was the type of person that got along with everyone he met. He accepted everyone for who they were and made sure they knew they were loved. He loved to make everyone around him smile and was always taking care of everyone else. He enjoyed gift giving and was a great mentor to his nieces and nephews, helping shape them into the people they are today. He was a very thoughtful person and loved taking his mother to all her favorite places that she used to go to with his dad; Keith thoroughly enjoyed them too. In his younger years, he loved hunting and fishing. No matter what happened during Keith's life, he never let him anything hold him back. He always loved life, working, going to camp, and exploring new places. Keith was one of the most loved by his family and community. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

In addition to his mother, Keith is survived by four siblings: Gail (Paul) Dusch, John (Brenda) Biggie, Johni (Bob) Hucke, Mark (Shelly Rhodes) Biggie; two nieces; seven nephews; five great-nieces; and three great-nephews with another great-nephew on the way. Keith is preceded in passing by his father, John.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 1-4 p.m. at the Snyder – d'Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. A funeral service will take place, also at the funeral home, immediately following the visitation, beginning at 4pm, and officiated by Pastor Brad Lockwood. Keith touched so many different people in so many different ways; memorial contributions may be made in his name to a special charity of the donor's choice.
