Patricia Guider Pat Guider, Age 86 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. She attended Friendship Baptist Church. She retired from Blount Memorial Hospital, working in the pharmacy and home health.
Preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Georgia Shockley, husbands, Hollis Neely and Ralph Guider, mother in laws; Beulah Neely and Ada Guider, brother and sister in laws, Gene and Louise Shockley, in laws, Betty Timbs, Helen Shockley, Charles and Joyce Guider, Edward Guider, Ben and Reba Finger, Mary Ruth Guider, Jerry Masingo, Reese and Edith Gregory Lynn son in law, Kirby Evans and step son, Carl Guider.
She is survived by, son and wife, Lonnie and Kathy Neely, daughter, Pam Evans, daughter and husband, Susan and Jorge Chaparro, stepsons, John (Sheila) Guider and Troy Guider, step daughter in law, Cheryl Guider, brother Dan Shockley and friend Billie Pass, sister Tammie (Mike) Raines, brother in laws Jimmy (Lynn) Guider and Joe Timbs, Sister in laws Phyllis Masingo and Mary Jo (Dickie) Woods. Grandchildren Shari and husband Ashley Shults, Travis and wife Leigha Neely, Jacob Neely, Kaylan Chaparro and Cristina Chaparro, step grand children Jeremy Guider, Jodi (Jeremy)Daughtrey, Abby (Sam)) Thomas, Drew (Leslie) Guider, great grandchildren Blake Shults and her special "little girls" Ruby, Hollis and Lynleigh Neely, Ava Raines. Step great grandchildren Ian and Anna Guider, Blair Daughtrey, Dallas and Thad Thomas, Caleb and Hannah Guider and many nieces and nephews.
Her dearest friends Evelyn Cable of Greenback, Lenelle Miller of Jefferson, N.C. Iva Ensley and Haroldine Shasteen of Maryville and Grace Whitfield of Houma, LA. Enough thanks cannot be given to her loving care takers, granddaughter Kaylan Chaparro for the years she lived with her and cared for her. A special thank you to the neighbors of Binfield Road. Thank you to all the nurses of BMH Hospice for their kindness and help to her and the family.

The family will receive friends at Friendship Baptist Church on Friday July 12, 2024 on Old Niles Ferry Road Maryville, TN. from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM with a service to follow with Travis Neely, James Atkins, Lonnie Neely officiating, graveside service to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
