Ed, Joyce and the girls were a big part of my very happy childhood on the boat at Spicer´s Marina in Noank. Ed was the source of a lot of laughs and a ton of food every weekend. I miss his sausage patties on the grill.
Thanks for the memories Ed.

Joyce and family,
I was simply heartbroken to read of Ed's passing! I always looked forward to seeing you both during homevisits and I most especially enjoyed discussing politics! Kindred spirits, we were, in that respect! I so appreciated the love you shared for each other and your beautiful family, it radiated from you and I could feel it as soon as I walked into your lovely home. God bless you, Joyce.

What a great neighbor Ed was, from when he supervised the building of their home to caring diligently for the landscaping/yard work......He seemed to love being outdoors and being helpful to others. He had a joke or saying for just about every situation. He was a family man always. He will be missed.
