To my friend Larry whose calm demeanor and no-nonsense approach to life helped make "Clear Intent" a success. Now he knows what's going on up there!

Lt. Lawrence (Larry) Fawcett was the consummate professional law enforcement officer, investigator, visionary, and good guy. Lt. Fawcett always realized that information-sharing amongst police officers was one of the best ways to fight crime.
