Sheila Ann Clark

Quaker Hill - Sheila Ann Clark, of Quaker Hill, passed away Oct. 11, 2023, at home with her family around her. She was the widow of John Henry Clark who died in 2015. They were married for 50 years.

Sheila was born Feb. 1, 1948, in Gardner, Mass., the daughter of Ralph Coffin and Helen Pratt Coffin.

Sheila worked at Nutmeg Pavillion Nursing Home. She was a CNA. She loved taking care of people. Sheila loved the outdoors - always walking in the woods and loved to work in the garden. She was a great sewer, knitter and loved to cross-stitch. She loved her family, but her great-grandchildren were her love, along with her cat Bossy.

Sheila was expecting a great-grandson this week. She is survived by her great-grandchildren, Charleigh June Scott, John Anthony Scott and Fordson Scott, all of Quaker Hill; grandsons, Jacob Ethan Scott of Uncasville, and Jordan Evan Scott, and Justin Everett Scott, both of Quaker Hill; her daughter Amy Elizabeth Clark-Scott (Andrew) of Quaker Hill; her son Nathan James Clark (Joyce) of Niantic; and her sister Brenda Nolan (Angus) of Gardner, Mass. "Bossy the cat, you were her best friend."

The family would like to thank Elizabeth her caretaker and friend. "You were there for Mom and you made her life better. Thank you for all you did."
