Mark you were my uncle and I still miss you. It´s 2023 and I still remember your booming voice saying my name as soon as you saw me. You always seemed so tough, I still remember your bear hugs however. Mostly I remember how you always making us all laugh. I still miss you and love you Uncle mark.

Mom told me a story about Mark, Char and Danny racing each other down the street... Danny came home with scaped up knees and elbows... Not sure who won, but it brought tears to mom (Connie) and Dannys eyes as they tried to explain it to me.

I'll always remember Mark's warm smile, big heart and bright deep blue eyes...

RIP Mark, you're dearly missed.

I've known Mark since the 7th grade.
He gave me the nickname "Moonman" playing football at NNC. I didn't see Mark alot after High School but on those occasions his big booming voice yelling out "hey Moonman" still makes me smile. Rest well my friend, you left us way to soon!

Kenny and Billy, just wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you guys. I remember the little kid we called Oskie. Seems like yesterday but, somehow the years got by us and we all grew up to face all that adult crap. I hope you're both doing as well as can be expected.

I remember being a 98 pounder and Mark being a heavyweight and still wrestling me at practice and laughing the whole time. He seemed like a giant to me. He always made me smile on the bus trips to various wrestling meets and made the drives seem much shorter. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Mark my handsome friend this is a challenge to write since my tears won't stop flowing. Although we were no longer in eachother's day to day lives, the impression you left on my heart will always be. You were kind, jovial, mischievious, fun and loyal to those you cared about. I always felt protected when you and John were around you two were like bookends. A chapter in my young life that is filled with pages of fond memories with you and the gang is something I will always cherrish. I saw you recently and it was as if no time had passed. No awkwardness just Mark my old highschool buddy and me chatting. It was comforting. God Bless you my sweet friend. You will never be forgotten.

As little boys we rode our bicycles as fast as we could in hopes of flying, and swore we did, as young boys we competed on fields of sport for fleeting greatness, and declared ourselves great, but the laughter is silent, the body dances no more and sadness is overwhelming.
God Bless you Mark, I will miss you, but never forget you

I cannot believe you're gone... Even though our lives went seperate ways I never forgot about you. Especially your smile. I remember you as having a heart of gold. Always making sure that who ever I was dating was treating me right and that I was happy.
Thank you for that.
I have some great pictures of you from our early years. My absolute favorite is the one with you and the boys (John, Chuck and Mario). Rest in peace Mark. Sleep with God and the angeles. Sorry life got that hard for you.

I have many fond memories of coaching and working with the Dobbin boys. I thought a great deal of Mark. I last talked to him at a PSHS football game in 2005. Mark was a very caring person. He is one of the good people that will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Mark was such a bright spot in my life. I feel like some light is gone. I'll never forget the days we & the rest of the Palm Springs Wrestling Team spent together "laughing & scratching" on the mat, on the bus, at the matches, in the locker room...Mark made the hard work fun. We're all going to be less without Mark.

Where do we begin? Mark was there when our kids were born! He was at almost every Christmas Dinner,Thanksgiving and Birthday. Not to mention all the inbetween times. He loved our parents our children and us. We loved him right back. He was an expected fixture in our home. And if by chance he wasn't around, everyone would ask...."Where's Dobb's?" We always had loads of fun. I can't imagin our lives without him. All of us will miss him with all our hearts. We love you Mark. Until we meet again.

My fond memories of PSHS will always include Mark. His big personality was as big as his heart. His way of making everyone around him laugh, kept his friends close. May you find comfort in knowing that so many people loved Mark and that his friendship was treasured by many. With my deepest sympathy.

Growning up in Palm Springs was an amazing experience. The people we shared our school years with leave an indelible imprint on our hearts forever. Mark is one of those people who I will never forget and always think of with a smile. Mark had a tough guy persona that was easy to portray as he was a mountain of a man. But underneath he was kind and gentle. I remember him always laughing and making those around him laugh also. I will miss you Mark. Sleep with the angels my handsome friend.
