Richard Weiss Obituary

Richard B. Weiss, formerly of Indian Wells, Calif., passed away on June 21, 2010 in Schenectady, N.Y. Rick was a graduate of Niskayuna High School, the University of Dayton and Northrop University School of Law. He was previously a member of the California Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillian and Samuel Weiss; and is survived by his brother, Gary M. Weiss of Louisville, Ky.; and two nephews. A private memorial service was held.

Dear Weiss Family, my husband and I were friend with Rick for the past 25 years. He was alway a happy and caring person in our company and a great trial attorney. We are so sorry to hear of Rick's passing. He truly will be missed by his friends.
