Far too late in this memory of a true best friend and neighbor, Joe, and lovely wife Theresa. And of course their beautiful daughter Jessica. We attended Jessica's quinceañera AND more importantly her very special wedding!!! Now for Joe...he was, hands down, the very best neighbor one could want or to be blessed with. Joe and I worked through ALL sorts of challenges...either his classic, beloved pickup truck or my datsun truck. Repairs, repairs, repairs...we both challenged our shade tree mechanic inabilities, sometimes inabilities. Fortunately nothing really blew up. Though I do remember an emergency where I rescued Joe trapped beneath his truck. He lived to fight another day, thanks to God and Erica!! God made a very good decision that day. Jean & I are retired, Willits' Ranch LPoH llc in western CO. I've been to B/CS many many times in the last 3decades. Radiation testing at the TAMU cyclotron, checking our rental in Bryan. Those were the days with very special memories of Joe and family as our neighbors. Barry Willits. Hotchkiss CO
