Helen Joyce Talley, age 83, of Henderson KY, passed away at 3:27AM, Sunday, October 29, 2017, under the care of St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center.
In addition to her parents, William and Desseree Dossett, Helen was preceded in death by her husband William C. Talley in 2008.
Helen worked as a cashier at Sureway and Family Dollar for many years. She liked to travel with family and visit friends. Helen enjoyed gardening and had a green thumb. Even more than the beautiful flowers in her garden, she loved tending to her beautiful family and watching them grow.
Survivors include:
2 Daughters: Cindy Linney and her husband E.K. of Henderson, KY
Sara Crafton Best of Evansville, IN
1 Son: Steven Talley and his wife Maribel of San Diego, CA
1 Brother: Howard Dossett and his wife Joyce of Morganfield, KY
6 Grandchildren: Jeremy Linney and his wife Holly, Desiree Best, Alexis Best, Joshua Talley, Jonathan Talley and Jacob Talley
2 Great Grandchildren: Kaitlyn Linney and Emelia Jackson
There will be no services at this time.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
