Helen L. Aguina
Helen L. Aguina, age 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in Joliet, Illinois.
Helen was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and her unwavering love for others. She never had a bad word to say about anyone and touched the lives of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Helen is survived by her loving sons, Keith (Maria) Aguina and Ken (Mary) Aguina; her cherished granddaughters, Lupe (Mike) Prieto, Tina Aguina, and Melissa (Chris) Ross; and her beloved great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd., Joliet, IL. Funeral services will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 11:00am at Saint Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, 1705 Burry Circle Dr., Crest Hill, IL, with burial to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 7201 Archer Rd., Justice, IL.
Helen will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
