I was so surprised to hear of "Mom" Burns' passing. I have very fond memories of her, as I was growing up with Karen. I felt so comfortable with her and "Dad" Burns at their house on Hector St and at Ladoga Park.; they made me feel so welcome.
Please accept my most sincere condolences. I am so sorry for your loss.

It was shocking and very sad to hear that Betty is gone. I've been remembering all the times over the years when we were together - at family gatherings, in North Carolina, in Pennsylvania, and of course, often, as a recipient of her wonderful hospitality at the lake. I have not seen her in a while and am saddened now knowing that I will not see her again.
My thoughts and prayers and love are with Betty and with you.

To Betty's Family,
Was sorry to read about Betty's passing. I have only known Betty for a few years, that being from our bus rides to the Turning Stone. She so enjoyed sitting with us and playing bingo with us. She will surely be missed. She was a great lady. My condolences to all the family.

We are so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. We are about to move to the lake full-time, and had hoped to get to know her better. We will miss seeing her reading and relaxing on her porch facing the view. Please know she is in our thoughts and prayers.
