Loretta Stacey, age 80, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 while surrounded by her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Excell Baptist Church with the Rev. Terrell Marcom officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The Stacey family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson and 10 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at Excell Baptist Church.
Loretta entered into this life on January 8, 1937 in Montgomery County to the late Hubert Smith and Laura Trotter Smith. She was retired from Josten's Publishing and was a member of the church family at Excell Baptist Church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 61 years, Sidney Stacey; sons, Doyle Stacey (Cindy) and James Stacey (Brenda); grandchildren, Jarred Stacey (Lauren) and Larsyn Stacey; great grandchildren, Eliza Stacey and Sawyer Stacey; and sister, Janiece Smith.
Pallbearers will be Jarred Stacey, Ken Morse, Nick Meriwether, John Stanley, Butch Schmittou, and Brian Atkins.
