BORING, 22
LAKELAND - Jesse Williams Boring, age 22, passed away in his sleep on September 3, 2015 in Decatur, GA. Jesse, a 4th generation Lakelander, was born and lived most of his life in Lakeland, but had recently moved to Decatur where he was working as a barista. Jesse attended Cleveland Court Elementary, Lincoln Aca-demy, Lawton Chiles Middle and All Saints Academy. Jesse is survived by his parents, Jon and Christine Boring, his siblings, Jeff and Perianne Boring, his grandmother Joyce McKeown, numerous aunts and uncles, Dean and Harriet Boring, Jeff and Tracy Boring, Mary and Rip Stalvey, Perianne McKeown and Leon Bloodworth, Barbara and Art Boulerice, 20+ cousins, many close friends he called his brothers, and his beloved dog, Kiah.
Jesse was gifted with a bright mind, a creative soul, and a kind heart. He loved music, art, and especially animals. He also loved nature and plants. He spent several years traveling the US and Europe working as a volunteer with the World Wide Organization of Organic Farms. Jesse had a sweet spirit and is forever loved.
Viewing and greeting Sunday, September 6, 2015, 2pm at Heath Funeral Chapel followed by the service at 3pm.
The family is establishing a Memorial Fund in Jesse's honor. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made online, PlatformArt.org/MemorialFund, or mailed to: Platform Art, Inc. 120 E Pine Street, Suite 3, Lakeland, Florida 33801.

Jon and Christine,
Words cannot express the heartache I feel for you and your family during this sorrowful time. This young man was so handsome with his beautiful smile. I know he must have been kind and loving being a son to both of you. I wish I had known him. I will pray that God will provide comfort for you all in the days ahead and protection as Jesse transitions to his heavenly home.

Jesse, I only met you in person once but I knew you were a gentle and kind soul. Rest in Peace. I know you're in a better place and you passed knowing your family loved you. We'll all get there some day, but until then, you will me missed.
