Ken was truly one of a kind. I met him as one of his Trackmax customers about 17 years ago and felt an instant sense of warmth and love from him. Over the years he became a friend. I will miss him dearly . My condolences to his wife Jean and the Schaff family. Heaven has gained a true angel

Ken retired in 2019 after 19 years with all of us here at Trackmax. We loved him dearly and will miss his sense of humor!. He touched so many lives sharing his industry knowledge with anyone willing to learn from a Pro. We were all blessed to have Ken as a colleague but better yet, a friend. Ken will forever be remembered in the foodservice industry as a fair, very tough, very kind and true Gentlemen. When he wasn’t working, his passion was without question, the game of Golf!
Ken will be missed but never forgotten. May you enjoy the Fairways of Heaven my friend!

I had the pleasure of working with Ken over the past 9 years at Trackmax. Ken was loved and respected by every customer that he touched, both internally and externally. He was so loved because he had a sincere interest in helping all of the people that he dealt with and everyone clearly saw that in Ken. It was great to be Ken's colleague and I will greatly miss him and his wonderful sense of humor. My condolences to Jean and the rest of the Schaff family on Ken's passing. You are all in my thoughts and in my prayers. God bless Ken.
