Margaret, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I remember Edgar as a friend over a long period of growing up from grade school, Cub Scouts, High School and the University of Florida. We had great times with his very first train set and even a little golf experience way back when. Edgar was a very very good person to have known.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Margaret and your family. I worked for Ed at Holland & Knight, and learned so much from him about Law Firm Administration... I wanted to be just like him.

Edgar was my mentor, colleague and friend when I was learning this business 30 years ago at H&K. Though our paths have not crossed in 15 years, I often recall a snippet of wise counsel from Ed, and it always brings a smile and a fond memory of better days gone by. Margaret-- my heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to you and the kids in your loss. Ed's life touched a lot of people, and he will be remembered as a wise, caring person.

Edgar was one of the finest gentlemen
of my lifetime. It was through his wife, Margaret, that I saw his loving
care and guidance of his family. Marga-
ret was the first girl I met in second-
grade Sunday School at All Saints' Episcopal Church in the early 1940's
and we have remained friends for 62 years. She is also one of the finest women of my time..a fellow 1958 graduate of Lakeland Senior High School along with Edgar. My heart is overflowing with love and appreciation for their contributions to every endeavor in which they participated. My life will always be blessed by their Godly, goodly lives. Margaret, may you be comforted by loved ones and friends and know that yours and Edgar's
love and marriage were inspirational
to those of us priviledged to know you.
