HAINES CITY - Sandra L. Collins, born 12/26/1950 in Tokyo, Japan; passed away peacefully on 2/10/2021.
She is preceded in death by her mother Yoshika Mathews and is survived by her two children Michael Weaver and Toni Creech (Kenny). Sandra is also survived by her three grandchildren Logan Weaver, Travis Creech (Krislynn), and Sydney Creech (Alex).
A family memorial will be held at a later date.

Sandy was one of best nurses I've ever known! And the sweetest Lady ever! I also enjoyed our outings for coffee or lunch! She was more than a coworker, she was my friend! Blessings to her family, I know you'll miss her badly! Rest in Peace, dear Lady!
