I worked with Bill once upon a time in his real estate office. I found him to be elegant, quite a gentleman, kind hearted, fun with an ease to laughter, and gracious. He was a Pillar and occupies a lovely place in many people's hearts. God Bless Him Always. Linda Fuller

A dear longtime friend who was a major part of my life. Together we created many great memories and had numerous special times. Tennis, cards, singing and real estate were just a few. Rest in Peace my friend.

Bill truly was like a brother to me, and he will be greatly missed. Spending time with him was always pleasurable. Bill was a natural leader, very intelligent, and a visionary, but at the same time, he was humble and always polite. I often think of our days together, and these thoughts always make me smile. Goodbye, my good friend, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to the whole family. I am Daniels grandfather (co-father-in-law of William) and I am very sad to hear that he passed away. I have loving memories especially about our Sunday afternoon bridge playing in our mansion (that long time ago also was owned by Bill for some time) Rest in Peace dear Bill or play another round in heaven with our beloved Helma. Sooner or later I will join you! Fritz

I met Bill when he first arrived in Lakeland and we have been friends for a very long time. It has always been a very outstanding friendship. My love and prayers to his family.

I met Bill in the mid 80's when I started in commercial real estate at an Society of Industrial and Office Realtors meeting with my Dad and Brother. He was one of our favorite Florida members of SIOR. I got to know him even better when I moved to Lakeland in 1997. He was always willing to help a competitor. He was a real gentleman. Steinbauer Associates Inc, SIOR and the Lakeland Association of Realtors and the City of Lakeland have lost a leader, mentor, a business associate and a friend. Our prayers are with his family and friends.
