Miguel Hernandez Obituary

Mission - Miguel Hernandez Sr., 60, entered eternal rest on December 13, 2016 at Mission Regional Medical Center.

He is survived by his loving wife Hilaria Hernandez; his children Luis I. Hernandez(Hannah), Roberto Loredo(Rosie), Elizabeth Rodriguez(George), Miguel Hernandez Jr.(Aminta), Brenda Lee Hernandez(Cirilo); 22 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. He is also survived by his siblings: Indalencia Valdez, Manuela Bautista, Antonio Hernandez, Agapita Serna, Maria Perez and Angelica Prieto.

Miguel was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He proudly worked as a bus driver for the La Joya School District for almost 30 years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
