Barry Morris Obituary
He was born in Hagerstown, Maryland to Benjamin and Geraldine Deener Morris.
He was a food salesman for most of his life and recentlyhad received his welder's certificate. He enjoyed golf, hunting, football and baseball. He was a member of Center Point Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Vicki Sue McCauley.
He is survived by his loving wife, Martina Riggs Morris of Upton; a son, Cody Wayne Morris of Middletown, Maryland; two stepsons, Adam (Sarai) Blincoe of Farmville, Virginia, and Clayton Blincoe of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister, Verna (Rodney) Beard of Williamsport, Maryland; a brother, Curt (Carol) Zimmerman of Hancock, Maryland; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 12, at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church in Sonora with the Rev. Doug Sanders officiating. Burial follows in Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday and continues from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Manakee Funeral Home in Upton.
