To the Ben Hicks Family: Ben was a gift and blessing to us all. Having known him through school I remember him as a great baseball player; boy could he hit that ball. I also remember Ben as being a believer. His infectious smile will always be etched in our hearts. So sorry for your loss.

Sheila, Gail, and Family,
I'm sorry that I didn't attend the service for your brother, but unfortunately I didn't hear about his passing until last night
I remember in our Women of the Wayside days, he was our number one fan. He was so kind and gentle and I am sure he will be missed.
I am so sorry for your loss of Ben.

To the Family of Ben Hick, our hearts go out to you during these difficult times. It must be comforting to know what a great person Ben is. I remember when I was raising my family alone I would come home and Ben would have dropped a load of wood in my driveway or leave smoked salmon at my office. In the nearly 30 years I have known Ben I have never heard an ill word come out of mouth. One year when we threw darts for Wayside it was my birthday and Ben was my partner and it was the first and only time I ever threw a hat trick. He will be in our hearts forever.

I went to school with Ben for many years. I'm sorry for your loss. My sympathy goes to his family. As I read the condolences, many seem to remember him as I do, with a great big smile that made his eyes twinkle. He was just a nice, friendly, and kind guy. I'll remember the family in prayer during this difficult time.

Virginia and family: I was sorry to hear of your loss. It seems like yesterday we were all playing in your front yard. I was just looking at our 7th grade class picture, and right down in front with the biggest smile of all of course was Bennie. He was a great friend and a truly good person. He will be remembered in my heart and prayers
