Dearest Dave, Theresa and children:
We are so very sorry for your lost. One of the greatest memories we have of Willie is at church. Theresa, do you remember the Sunday morning the fire alarm went off? Here came the fire dept, and here you came out towing Willie by the hand, giving him the 3rd degree. Yep it was Willie who wanted to see what that button did! We both wanted to laugh (and did) but had to be so adult about it in front of the kids.
God is in control, and He loves you very much. About a month ago, our family lost a cousin, and two babies in a car accident and I wanted to send the mother something useful, I found a book called "What to do on the Worst Day of Your Life" by Brian Zahnd.
I suggest you purchase it. The book shows that nobody knew adversity like King David. It shows what King David did and how to apply it to our lives today! A very useful tool to use with our Bibles.
May God keep you and watch over you.
Love in Christ,
Sophie Scott

Dave,Theresa & family,
Our hearts ache for you. Such a sad tragedy. He had such a beautiful smile and wonderful personality. It was so wonderful to hear so many stories about him. He was so dearly loved by so many. What a blessing it must be to know how much he meant to everyone who knew him. He seemed to touch everyone he met with that ever so special "Willie Style". Treasure all those wonderful memories, because they will truly carry you through. I know they will always put a smile on your face. I'm so proud to know he was my nephew. So loving and caring, so genuine. That says so much about him. We will continue to pray for you and the entire family. We love you so very much.

David and Theresa and family.
My prayers and sorrow are with all of you. Willie was a sweet boy, he will be missed very much. I will miss his sense of humor and joking around he liked to do when he came in to my office. The pain from the loss of a child is more than any parent should ever have to bear. I will be here for you when you need someone to talk to , or cry with, or just to sit quietly with.

Willie definitly made years fun. Back in middle school he'd always joke and make me laugh, and nothing ever brought him down. I love that kid, and hope you guys can make it through.

David and Theresa, You were our neighbors on Timber Drive while Willie was in middle school. My granddaughter Katrina, who was also in middle school with Willie, and I remember Willie fondly and was so sad to hear of his passing. He was such a great kid. My prayers are with the family and hope you can find peace knowing the Lord has a plan for each of us. Jesse Sheppard and Sabrina and all the Sheppard family will keep you in our prayers.
