Olympia, Washington - Margaret Neff, a 44-year resident of Olympia, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Serene Manor in Lacey on New Years Day, 2025.

Born on July 17, 1926 in San Antonio, TX to Clinton and Margaret Medbery, Margaret spent the first two decades of her life in Texas, at times calling Houston, Marfa and College Station home.

It was at College Station that she met the love of her life, Russell Neff. They were married on June 7th, 1946 in Bryan, TX and soon moved back to the Pacific Northwest, where they lived for the rest of their lives.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Russell in 2013, by her elder brother Clinton Medbery Jr. in 1985, and grandson David in 2007.

Margaret is survived by her children Suzanne Davis, Snohomish, WA, Thomas Neff of Spring, TX, Russell Neff Jr. of White Salmon, WA, eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
