EUNICE GOODYEAR Obituary
She was born June 18, 1945, to Walter and Miriam (Hassler) Kline in Hershey.
Eunice attended the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Punxsutawney. She married Robert Goodyear on June 19, 1971. They enjoyed 50 years of marriage together.
Earlier in her life Eunice worked at Otterbein Christian Academy in all aspects of the school. She was a licenesed practical nurse, earing her degree from Clearfield County Career & Technology Center. She worked as an LPN at Agape Medical for over ten years before her retirement.
Eunice was an avid seamstress, enjoyed gardening, singing and playing the piano, serving the Lord, and her church family. Eunice enjoyed helping others wherever she was needed. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She had a deep relationship with the Lord. Her relationship with Him left the family with no doubt that she was fully prepaired to meet the Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Robert K. Goodyear of Mahaffey; a daughter, Karla Bly and husband Anthony of South Dakota; grandchildren, Matthew and Katie Bly; two brothers, Paul Kline of Arkansas, and Mark Kline and wife Brenda of San Francisco, Calif.; a sister, Mary Mitman of Bethlehem; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother John Kline; and a sister, Rachel Powers.
Friends will be recieved on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at the Waldron Funeral Home, 831 Market St., Mahaffey.
Interment will take place at Otterbein Cemetery, Mahaffey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of their choice.
