Croce "Phil" Gallina, 79, of Lansdale, PA, died on February 27, 2014 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Maria (Evola) Gallina.
Phil was born in Carini, Sicily on February 16, 1935 to the late Giovanni and Crocefissa (Vitale) Gallina. He was the owner of Johnnies Pizza in Lansdale, PA for 25 years. He loved gardening and spending time with his family.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his four children: Giovanni Gallina (Mary), Salvatore Gallina, Silvia Doppel (Paul), Vincenzo Gallina; three grandchildren: Philip, Christina, Angelina Doppel. He was predeceased by three brothers: Giovanni, Salvatore, Vincenzo Gallina; three sisters: Vincenza Conigliaro, Rosa Gallina, Francesca Pizzo.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 321 Witmer Road, Horsham, PA 19044. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
