Hazel Ellison Obituary
PANAMA CITY, FL - Hazel N. Carman Shockley Ellison, 80, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 in Panama City, FL.
Hazel was born April 20, 1936 in Muncie, IN to the late Clyde H Carman and Mary A Campbell Carman. She was employed at the Delaware Co. Recorder's Office.
Survivors include three sons, Mark D. Shockley of Muncie, Michael R. Shockley (Kim) of Muncie and Ted B. Shockley (Denise) of Albany; one daughter, Carmalita R. Ellison Estes of Muncie
She is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Carl Carman, Clyde Carman, James Carman, Wayne Carman and William Carman; two sisters, Judith P Carman Burley (Jerry) and Gladys M Carman Rice (Earl); eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren
Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

My aunt Hazel I always enjoyed when you Mark, Mike and Ted would come to the farm for Sunday dinners we always had fun. I also miss you living behind us in Muncie. You will always be missed.

Our condolences to Mark, Mike, Ted, Carmalita and the rest of the family of Hazel. She will truly be missed. We enjoyed having her live behind us last year and were very sad when she moved.
