Columbia, South Carolina - Frances Elizabeth Deatrick (Hylla) was born in Madison, TN on February 11, 1950. She was raised in Topeka, KS. She moved to Columbia, SC to be near her children. Frances passed away on April 13, 2025. She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth Miles, Angela Hensley and Michelle Cannon. Her grandchildren Benjamin and Miranda, as well as her friends and family will miss her very much. God Bless.
